The Glentauchers distillery is located in Mulbern, Keith, which is in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was founded in 1897 by Charles Doig & Sons.

The distillery is still active and is now owned by Pernod Ricard. The current capacity is 4,500,000 litres and its’ water source is from the Rosarie Burn.
Glentauchers rarely bottles their single malts, with most of what they produced being using in blended whisky. In the 1990’s a semi-official bottle was released, with an official 15 year old bottle release made in 2000. The distillery had access to Tauchers Platform railway up until 1964.
